Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trade marks.
EUIPO brings to the attention of all interested users the possibility of online trainings on topics related to the changes brought about by the transposition of the Directive into the legislation of in each Member States.
The trainings are organized under the EUIPO ECP7 TMD Training project, in collaboration with National IPOs and User Associations, and willbe broadcast as a series of live webinars every Thursday via Zoom in the morning hours. The presentations will be done in National Language and English. Each presentation will take approximately 20 minutes plus 10 extra minutes for Questions and Answers.
The webinar on November 25, 2021 will be done by experts from the Bulgarian Patent Office, who will present in Bulgarian language the topics: "Opposition proceedings in Bulgaria" and "Non-use of the trademark as a means of protection in opposition proceedings in Bulgaria “.
