On 25th November, 2021 EUIPO is organizing a webinar with the participation of experts from the Bulgarian Patent Office, who will present in Bulgarian language the topics: "Opposition proceedings in Bulgaria" and "Non-use of the trademark as a means of protection in opposition proceedings in Bulgaria“.
The webinar is part of a series of trainings on topics related to the changes brought about by the transposition of the Directive into the legislation of in each Member States.
The trainings are under the EUIPO ECP7 TMD Training project, organized in collaboration with National IPOs and User Associations, and will be broadcast as a series of live webinars every Thursday starting from September 16 via Zoom in the morning hours. The presentations will be done in National Language with simultaneous translation into English. Each presentation will take approximately 20 minutes plus 10 extra minutes for Questions and Answers.
