The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria in cooperation with the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization and with the assistance of the Center for Settlements and Mediation at the Sofia Regional Court and the Sofia City Court organizes a webinar on "Mediation of IP and Technology Disputes"
The event will be held on December 7, 2021, online, from 3 to 5 p.m. (BG time)
The working language is English, but simultaneous interpretation into Bulgarian is provided.
Representatives from Bulgaria and abroad will deliver presentations at the webinar.
The purpose of the event is to promote the possibility of alternative dispute resolution related to intellectual property and technology, and the benefits for stakeholders - mediators, lawyers and industrial property representatives, as well as business professionals wishing to familiarize themselves with mediation and arbitration procedures.
