The Patent Office of Republic of Bulgaria has the pleasure to announce that 18 new e-services have been put into use since June 1, 2020 in the implementation of Project No BG16RFOP002-1.004-0002-C03 “Improvement of the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the services for the business offered by the Patent Office of Republic of Bulgaria and related to the protection of the industrial property objects”. The project is financed by the Operational Programme “Innovations and Competitiveness” and co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The new e-services give the opportunity to submit electronically applications for registration of a transfer, change of a name and/or an address, a license agreement, a special pledge, a provision and an inclusion in the bankruptcy estate of patents for inventions, utility models and European patents with the effect of the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The new services will facilitate significantly the work of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the citizens with respect to the industrial property objects managed by them.
The strive of the Patent Office of Republic of Bulgaria is to satisfy to the maximum extent the needs of the citizens and the public, related to the accessibility of the service, a better organization and an introduction of new technologies.
