The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria informs you that, July 21, 2020, a new version of theFree calculator for the serviceshas been released in a real environment, available on the website of the Office.Its functions have been significantly expanded, now covering the automatic calculation of fees due for allservices provided by theBPO in connection with industrial property - a total of 113 services. Another important element of the protection of industrial property has been added: verification of fees due for a specific objects, including maintenance fees.For patents, utility models and industrial designs, this functionality provides information only for published objects. The results of the verification of due fees for all types of industrial property objects include only the data for due payments accrued and entered in the system. The lack of data entered in the system does not mean that at the moment there are no due fees for the specified object of industrial property.
