Official bulletin

The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria notifies all interested parties that as of October 2017 the Official Bulletin will be issued only in electronic format, twice a month, as follows:

• on the 15th day of the respective month, and when this is a day off, the bulletin is issued on the next working day;
• on the last working day of the month.   

The official bulletin of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria includes:   

• applications and patents for inventions
• applications for European patents and issued European patents with effect on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
• applications and issued supplementary protection certificates
• registered utility models
• applications and certificates for new varieties of plants and breeds of animals
• applications for registration of trademarks and registered trademarks, collective and certificate trademarks
• geographical indications
• registered industrial designs
• topologies of integrated circuits
• up-to-date information on valid patents, expired patents and restored patents
• changes in published applications for inventions
• entries in the State Registers of the objects of industrial property
• list of industrial / intellectual property representatives and entries and changes in it
• list of valid patents on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
• indicators
