Studies and references

The Patent Office provides its clients with information services that are not only part of its main functions, but also an important element of its activity as a state institution for the protection of industrial property (IP). They are an integral part of the program of the Office for Public Information and include a wide range of activities, including studies on the various objects of IP.

To support business in the country, the Patent Office provides as services:

• Study on the novelty of design
• Study by name of applicant / author / IPR / licensee
• Study by number of applied or registered industrial design
• Study on the legal status of an applied or registered industrial design   
• Issuance of a certificate of legal status

Studies under certain requirements, including payment of a fee under the Price List of services provided to the public, where applicable.
