A new version of
the 12 th edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services for
the purposes of the registration
of marks entered into force on 1 January 2024.
The new version of
the International Classification of goods and services will apply to
applications submitted on or after 1 January 2024 and will not affect applications
submitted before that date.
