Предстоят семинари на Европейската патентна академия по проект „ip4inno” за МСП

„ip4inno” е проект, финансиран от Европейската комисия като част от Шеста рамкова програма за научни изследвания и технологично развитие. Като координатор на проекта Европейската патентна академия, която се грижи за създаването на модули за обучение по проекта, организира поредица от практически семинари през есента на 2010 г.

И през м. август продължиха проверките на ПВ за нарушение на права върху марки и дизайни

В изпълнение на задълженията си за осигуряване на административно-наказателна защита на права, произтичащи от регистрирани марки и промишлени дизайни, през м. август Патентното ведомство извърши редица проверки в София, по Черноморието, както и в района на Сандански и Свиленград и състави 32 акта за административно нарушение по чл. 81 от ЗМГО. Служителите на ведомството установиха нарушение на следните марки: LACOSTE, PUMA, ARMANI, D & G, RALPH LAUREN, HUGO BOSS, BULGARI, ADIDAS, JEAN PAUL GAULTIER, LOUIS VUITTON, CHANEL. Иззети са над 1 500 бр. стоки - предимно спортни облекла, обувки, чанти, парфюми, мобилни телефони и аксесоари за тях.

Worldwide Symposium on Geographical Indications

The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization, is organising the seventh International Symposium on Geographical Indications to be held on June 10-12, in Sofia.

PATLIB2009

The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria hosted the EPO Annual Conference of the patent information centres in Europe - PATLIB2009.

The conference took place in Sofia, Kempinski Hotel Zografski, 20 to 22 May 2009, gathering together more than 200 participants from Europe and worldwide.
